Chilly saturday morning. I have my morning toast and coffee while I do something silly as playing farmville. I look out the window and prepare to take Chacal outside, under the grey skies and by the cold lake. There's this whole day ahead, and it looks promising.

10/12/2010 Plans for the weekend: end tourism assignement, so that I can feel free, go to the cinema or to a show, try Caceres' Wok restaurant, write, take some pictures, be attentive to beautiful details, a little felting, a little cooking, meet a dear friend if possible, dream, plan portuguese classes, breathe, be happy.

Misty day out, bright day in, after time shared with two of the most wonderful people in my world, yesterday night.

Golden leaves hang from the trees, warmer temperatures come over for a short while. We breathe in watching the blue sky. I dream of colours, lights and textures, make short term plans in my head, start to salute the renewed freedom. There is beauty in most things, therefore I must be lucky.

Waking up to another misty day. I practice streching the minutes, making them long lasting, being in the present. This sense of freedom opens my senses, brings in fresh air, pulls me back down to earth, to the realm of sensations. Freshness is all around.
Please read...she has an amazing talent to write and to see beyond obvious....enjoy :)

Sunny, sunny day. Late raising, big cup of coffee. Repeat. Felting, dyeing, painting t-shirts, making necklaces. Send email to nepalese dance teacher. Check dance texts. Wonder of I am getting in the course for which I applied. Looking foward to meeting a friend tomorrow. Looking forward to dance master class on saturday. Breathing and living.
After a dense night with multiple, complex dreams, a voice whispers through the door 'psssiu, they´re asking if you can work today at 12h' 'sure'. Slowly drag myself out of bed, too much considerations for the time of the day. Life isn´t at all as we expected it to be. Principles are just sentences that half the time ...don´t apply to real life. Coffee and shower, please...
Another phonecall: 'could you not work today, after all?' 'yes, sure, no problem'. Where's my sofa? Oh, another coffee please. Back to my inner world. Life still surprises me every day, not always in a good way, but then again, if surprises were for sure always good, maybe they wouldn´t be so much of a surprise. God c...loses one door and opens one window. What´s the difference between a door and a window, anyway?
Out of the necessity to link past with present. Out of the necessity to emphatize that fine line that keeps my whole existence together, making me know that chronological order only exists while I want it to exist.
This space is now my digital scrapbook. I want somewhere where I can document the beauty of everyday life. It's also a manifest about how we don't stop being alive and full of dreams and plans because we crossed the 50 bridge. Join me if you will.
